ICS is excited to bring on a new customer from the dental insurance payer industry. Delta Dental of Iowa will be the fourth Delta Dental that will be utilizing the ICS Dental Claims Processing Solution. Users of this solution experience streamlined processing through automatically recognizing and extracting over 80% of ADA form content following scanning.
Like many insurance payers, Delta Dental of Iowa had been experiencing high-volumes of paper-based claims that need to be converted to EDI 837. ICS is providing an outsourced solution that includes mailroom, preparation of claims for scanning, automated data extraction, data validation, and monitoring of workflow and productivity metrics. The solution will finish with creating an 837 file to be loaded into their claims adjudication system, daily.
