Brant Poore, Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer of ICS has been in the Content Management, Data Capture, and Document Imaging business for two decades, since beginning his career in 1994 with a document scanning service bureau that was later acquired by a national BPO organization. During that time Brant served in all aspects of software application development, including Project Analysis, Technical Design, Application Development, Staff Management, and System Support.

Brant, along with his team of technical developers/analysts, supported operations for over 1200 production employees and 12 offices throughout the southeast United States.
In 2004 Brant & Ray Shears resigned from their positions at the BPO and opened ICS as partners. Since then ICS has thrived, becoming an award winning integrator of Content Management, Data Capture and Document Imaging solutions.
Today Brant oversees all aspects of technical design, future planning, and customer support for ICS. Brant has served as a founding member of the OpenText Intelligent Capture Advisory Council to help provide ICS customers with the best product on the market. Brant is a certified OpenText Proven Professional using the Intelligent Capture/Captiva line of products, helping some of the largest companies and state agencies in U.S. implement document imaging and workflow automation solutions.
Brant attributes the success of ICS to an ideal that Ray and Brant agreed upon when founding ICS, “Do the right thing. That means doing the right thing for our customers, for our employees, and for ICS.” Keeping this goal at the forefront of everything we do has made ICS what it is today.
Ray Shears, Co-Owner and Chief of Business Operations for ICS has been in the Content Management, Data Capture and Document Imaging business since 1997. Ray served as an Account Executive to state and local government as well as private organizations while working for a national BPO organization.
During that time Ray was responsible for all aspects of Account Management duties including New Customer Relations, Business Needs Evaluation, System Configuration, Resource Analysis, Solution Pricing, and Continued Customer Service.

Today Ray continues his responsibilities as Account Manager of ICS’s existing customers but also adds the responsibilities of a business owner, leading ICS efforts inFuture Growth Planning, Market Planning & Research, Contract Negotiations, and Financial Management.
Ray attributes the success of ICS to their hard working dedicated employees, many who have decades of experience in the Enterprise Content Management industry as well, along with the company wide vision of Customer Service.

Our relationship with ICS is professional, collaborative, and constructive. We use ICS as the subject matter expert for the Captiva data capture software, as a developer of applications using Captiva data capture software, architect of applications to ensure efficient and accurate running of the applications, a teacher for our developers in the Captiva data capture software and as an integrator of third party vendor applications and software; check processing and scanner hardware.
